If you have ordered from us and need to return your costume, please ship to:

It is important to include a note explaining what you need us to do (alter, exchange, refund). If you aren't sure, explain the problem or pin the clothing where it needs to fit. Please be sure to include: NAME, RETURN ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, DATE OF PURCHASE, ORDER NUMBER (as many of these as you can). Alterations take up to two weeks plus delivery time. Alterations will take longer than the actual dress to make as alterations require a head seamstress and concentrated effort.

~~Fit: Our Renaissance and Pirates costumes are designed for a super easy fit. Click on Sizing Chart Info at left. The elastic waist on the skirt and mens pants, and the side lacing bodice give a wide range of adjustability.

~~SKIRT: All renaissance, pirates and peasant skirts are serged at the
bottom and ready to be hemmed by you when you receive it. Or you can
wear it "as is" without hemming.

~Packaging: We use recycled products when possible and do not wrap costumes in plastic or paper. Plastic bags are available upon request.
