It is important to include a note explaining what you need us to do (alter, exchange, refund). If you aren't sure, explain the problem or pin the clothing where it needs to fit. Please be sure to include: NAME, RETURN ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, DATE OF PURCHASE, ORDER NUMBER (as many of these as you can). We can do some simple alterations, email us first. Alterations take up to two weeks plus delivery time. Alterations will take longer than the actual dress to make as alterations require a head seamstress and concentrated effort.
Because each costume is custom made to your measurements, we are unable to give refunds if you have ordered and received costumes but have changed your mind or decided against wearing them. Under certain circumstances, we can give a partial refund. Please email first.
