HAVE US HEM YOUR DRESS. IT MUST BE A NEWLY PURCHASED DRESS FROM US. WE MUST RECEIVE THE WAIST TO FLOOR MEASUREMENT AT THE SAME TIME THAT WE RECEIVE YOUR DRESS MEASUREMENTS. In other words, we can't do the hem after the dress has started. If you will wear a hoop skirt, we will add 2" to the measurement you give (which seems to work the best) unless otherwise stated.
