Description
Tafetta skirt is gathered and poufed in the back. It is 20"-23" long. Waistband is elastic. Can be worn over a long skirt or alone. This is the skirt that you put on top of the long one (sold separately) to give the double bustle look. Pull up the front and tie it to show more leg. Think layers, layers, layers!
This is for Skirt Only. Leggings, boots, corset are not included.
The wine/black damask, brown/black damask take 1 week. All others are usually stocked and ship within 1-3 days.
